 :: CaseAce GearGrip Pro
  The Product
The GearGrip Pro is a computer carrying harness designed to make moving your computer around a lot less work. The harness is held in place on the computer via two adjustable straps which wrap around the computer and connect with buckles. Included with the harness are two options for carrying your computer. You can either use the included shoulder strap for hands free carrying, or you can simply carry it like a suitcase with the soft-grip handle. The best part of all about the harness is the webbed pockets and adjustable CableGrip holds. The webbed pockets easily accommodate storage of a keyboard, mouse, and CDs. The adjustable CableGrip holds allow for easy carrying of headphones, network cables, USB cables, Firewire cables, etc., by allowing you to simply strap them onto the harness using the holds. The holds have been designed to accommodate many items. As you can see from the pictures above, they are very large providing you with plenty of strap-on ability.

One thing that I know I was worried about, and you may be to is how well designed the harness is for carrying. After all, we don't want the harness to break while we are carrying the case around. Well, have no fear; the GearGrip harness is very well designed and VERY strong, holding up to 70lbs. CaseAce has used very top of the line material when manufacturing these. The shoulder strap features are very high quality. They feature carabiner-hooks which feature a metal fencing that makes connecting the hooks a breeze. CaseAce also had the safety of your case in mind when designing the harness. Every bit of what is touching the computer is nylon, to avoid chances of scratching the computer. Even the buckles have been designed so that only the nylon is touching the case.

Depending on how much stuff you have inside your computer will depend on how much weight you will have to carry around.

Use
Some readers may be wondering exactly what this would be good for. Well, if you are engaged in any type of LAN Party activity, the GearGrip is a dream come true. Before the invention of this item normal LAN party attendees would be forced to carry their keyboard, mouse, computer, monitor all separate, consuming time that could be better spent playing games. Well, no longer will you have to do this. Instead you can attach your mouse, keyboard, CD's, and cables right onto the GearGrip.
