 :: Regulator Pro Silver Series UPS
  The Product
The first thing that I noticed about this UPS is its size. The UPS is very sleek and compact, measuring in at 7 x 9 x 2½. It features two-way space saver design by allowing it to be placed flat on a table or on its side.

The UPS features four outlets. Two of those outlets provide surge protection and the other two provide both surge and battery backup protection. There is also one set of in/out ports, which provide surge protection for a DSL/fax/phone connection. The UPS can provide backup protection for up to 25mins.

VA Defined
Some of you may be unfamiliar as to what 500VA, 650VA, etc. stands for. Well, I am going to try my best to give you a quick synopsis of it. Lets take 650VA for example. The VA stands for voltage amps and is a measurement of how much power the UPS can provide to your power hungry devices. For some it may be easier to see it converted into watts.

650VA = 390watts
500VA = 300watts
350VA = 210watts

Now that you know a little bit about what all the ratings mean, you may be asking yourself how much power do I need. Well, to simplify your life I would recommend checking out Belkins UPS Wizard. Just simply put in some information on your computer and components, and it will give you a recommendation of what power supply will provide the power you need for your components. Personally, I like to go higher then the recommendation just in case in the future I upgrade or purchase other components.
