Introduction:
Func Industries recently sent me a sUrface1030 to review. I was skeptical of this mousing surface since I have been using a Ratpad at home and an Everglide Giganta at work since July of 2000. Before I used them I was devoted to the 3M Precise Mousing Surface. It would be a hard sell to knock any of these products off my desk for any length of time.
Specifications:
Specifications on a mouse pad? Riiiight. Instead this section should be called “Func propaganda” as these are the “Specifications” listed on the Func web site. Nothing extraordinary, but they make for a point of analysis since you really can’t benchmark a mouse pad short of breaking out a spring scale and calculating coefficients of friction
